LASER MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualification :
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience.
  • 1 year of laser operator experience.
  • Training in general safety, electrostatic discharge awareness, foreign object damage, awareness and quality system awareness.
Skill Required :
  • The laser machine operator position safely performs laser cutting for a variety of manufacturing products.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
  • The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Perform typical laser cutting operations.
  • Select proper cutting programs, and proper fixtures.
  • Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point.
  • Make proper set-ups for cutting operations.
  • Perform prescribed maintenance as required.
  • Perform all dimensional inspections.
  • Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor.
  • May perform a variety of other tasks as production needs require.

Mechanical Draughtsman

Qualification :
  • ITI mechanical, Diploma mechanical or Mechanical Engineers
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in relevant industry and relevant filed
  • Communication skills, Presentation skills.
Skill Required :
  • 2D/3D Autocad Mandatory , Solidworks preferable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiar with Word and Excel.
Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Understanding the clear requirements of the customer ( Internal / External)
  • Seek more relevant information if needed
  • Translate information into schematic or detail drawing as per requirements
  • Create BOQ and BOM
  • Co-ordination with plant and other functions
  • Should be convenient to visit site if required
