EzyLift brands of FLP hoists are very compact with elegant appearance and are modular in construction, which simplifies repairs and maintenance. The various parts like motor, gearbox, control panel etc. are easily accessible. The hoist gear train is with precision hob cut helical /spur gears having hardness up to 250 to 300 BHN running on bearings housed in sheet metal cover with gasket &lubricated with oil bath lubrications. The rope drum is made from M. S. seamless pipe having machined cut spiral grooves and mounted on self-aligning bearings. Nonferrous material rope guide is provided for perfect sitting of rope in drum grooves.

Electromagnetic FAILTO SAFE type brake is provided on hoisting motion, which ensures perfect safety even in case of power failure. Limit switches are provided on every floor for perfect floor matching. The protective panel in construction with IP55 protection shall be CMRI certified, is provided which houses contactors, overload relays, fuses, transformers etc.
